return policy

you have 30 days after receiving your order to initiate a return. 

to be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in the same condition they were received in.

if a product is damaged for reasons beyond my control after receiving the item, you will not be able to return it. if item was damaged in transit please send a photo of the damaged item (and packaging if possible) so i can see what happened and if i need to make changes on my end to how i package things.

if your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

damages and issues:

please inspect your order upon reception and reach out immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, so that i can evaluate the issue and make it right.

exceptions / non-returnable items 

sale items are non-refundable.

exchanges
if an exchange is requested, you replacement order will be shipped within 2 business days of the returned item being received. 

refunds 

you will be notified once your return has been received.

approved refunds will be initiated within 1 business day of either 1) receiving the item(s) being returned or 2) providing proof of transit damage to the item.

if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
