important contact information:

fidget fiend does not currently have its own email address. it is a branch of my art business, sunny meadows art. all emails will be sent and received through an icloud account of that name, and packages may also be addressed as sunny meadows art, and/or have sunny meadows art on the packing slip. 

all of our items are currently made with PLA filament but we plan to expand filament types in the future. 

caution when giving these items to children, the small and articulated pieces are a choking hazard.

DISCLAIMER: PLA has a lower heat resistance than other filaments. items may warp, become brittle, and even melt if exposed to enough heat/direct sunlight. do not leave on/near objects that are hot and/or emit heat. do not leave on car dashboards/direct sunlight in a spot that gets hot.   

shipping:

please allow 2-5 business days for items to be shipped. all orders will be shipping from coalfield, TN through USPS via my p.o. box under the name sunny meadows art. 

if you are having an urgent issue or need to cancel an order i can be contacted via the contact form and i will answer within 24-48 hours.

order cancellations/returns/refunds:

orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. i will be happy to issue an order refund upon the receipt of the returned item(s) as long as return is initiated within 30 days of purchase. returns/refunds will not be granted after 30 days. 

please allow 24-48 hours for return shipping labels to be created and sent to your email. refunds will be granted within 1 business day of receiving your return. exchange items will be shipped within 2 business days of receiving the unwanted item.

damaged items do not need to be returned for replacement as long as photo evidence is provided.
